Still in a weak met market

we are still in a weak coal market and probably the fourth Q prices will go up.Best chance for this company is to resolve the lawsuit and move on. In the meantime, survival is the issue.Last contract price for the October-December was $151 for hcc and $129 for B type,hardly profitable to run the mine.
