good openning month

Looks like first month distributions for the newer covered call etf's are very positive. Horizons seems to be doing a decent job with options so far. The sideways market helped out this month..

This one is an equal weighted top 30 tsx market cap stocks with full covered call option positions incase anyone is wondering. HEP is the larger cap gold producers version, HEE is the energy company version.

Took a position in HEX today.  Have reservations with HEE and HEP.  No liquidity.  Perhaps with time.  When ZWB was first launched by BMO it took a while to come up to speed.

Bought in Friday, a small position.  Wait and see what the monthly dividend will average out too.  Like the covered call feature.  I also bought HEE  for more exposure to the oil & gas sector.  I didn't buy HEP only because I have lots of exposure in the gold mining and exploration field.
