Low volume trading, people still not sure the direction of oil prices would be my guess. Will probably need a few more positive days upwards.

oil price is really attibutble to the hurricanse in the gulf people are still a bit gun shy becuase China's engine has been sputtering for a while and OPEC has not made any hard moves to prop up prices.
