Next week hopefully more clarity on where the canadian energy stocks will be heading. This tarriff talk (soon to become reality) is causing significant havoc in the sector.

This stock sucks...can't get off the floor yesterday when oil is up $3 and then down significantly today when oil swings back. Hard to figure!

We'll see what Trump actually imposes on Canadian energy.  But remember, this is Canada's own doing.  Canada East and Northern Gateway were pipelines that were never built due to Liberals saving the planet BS.  Virtually all of Canada's crude has a single buyer - the USA.  Hoopefully with Trudeau out and Pierre in things will change.  The world wants canadian

This isn't unique to CNQ, look at many of the other energy stocks, Whitecap just dropped below $10 again. Once we get the Tarrif boogy man out of the way things should improve.

Looks like a good entry point in my books. IF, and a BIG IF, he does roll out tarriffs it wont be long before oil companies inthe USA do what they do best ,take advantege of an opportunity and gouge at the pumps and everywhere else they use oil causing rapid inflation ,again . When his tarriffs start causing refineries to pay more , airlines fares to soar and the home heating they rely on to go
