Time for class action lawsuit

Waterous pay a higher price when oil is much lower. At least small shareholders should get Waterous bid price.  Puting small shareholders in a unfair position.

Get what Waterous paid or open the whole company for a potential higher bid.

I suspect $2.55 per share is nothing but an OPENING BID. The final deal - by the end of April - should be closer to $3.00.  Still not fair but - most likely - the best minority shareholders can expect. We will hold our position (10,000+ shares) till the fat lady sings!

Why are people selling for lower than the price that someone is willing to pay?  TD Waterhouse book value is $6.35 - Half of that is $3.18 at the worst. Or could it be that the $2.55 is USD? :)

Dummies selling at $2.40 because financial institutions are putting up fake wall and scaring individual investors to sell. It was crazy when they drove it down to $2.24 purposely to scare off people. I think OSC should do an investigation of the trades in the past 20 days. I did some trade and it did not show up on TSX nor it counted as a trade in the volume. Basically, my broker must have took it ...more
