Decided to pick up some CPD today at 10.80. Also looking at a position in ZPR soon. Suspect these two are getting very close to the bottom. Good yield at 5 to 6 percent.

The "Good Sale" was back in March 2020.   Now, 5 to 6 percent just doesn't cut it for me.  Savings account now offering over 4% maybe even 5%, basically RISK FREE, principal secure.     I'm targeting 10%+ 5yr reset preferrs.   When they reset, they will most likely reset higher, maybe even as high at 17%+.      Of coarse

Crazytrader...I buy these things on the troughs and sell at the peaks..the charts sure are your friends with these. No doubt CPD and ZPR are nearing the bottom at these levels. So I will average in. I am happy to collect my divvy and wait for the inevitable ride back up.

Added some today at 10.34. I will continue to add on weakness. Must say there sure is a lot of bargains in all types of equity in the markets today...some of which I have been waiting for a long time to pick up. Need I say a great time to have cash handy.
