CRT raises the distribution

The Board of Trustees of CT REIT has approved a 3.0% distribution increase that will be effective with the July 15, 2024 payment to unitholders of record on June 28, 2024. Monthly distributions will increase to $0.07710 per unit, or $0.92520 per unit on an annualized basis.

And the AFFO pay-out ratio is 73.1%
