The Era of Gilles is over

Gilles continues to exceed even the most pessimistic forecasts and on that note he is bowing out. Now that there is really nothing in the pipeline to lie about no more new ideas to spin to the suckers he is going.. Everything is years out and Gilles just doesnt have that kind of time so he is passing the guttering sputtering torch that is Ceapro, with no prosepects and massive cash burn to a new generation. Ceapro equivalent share is now around 5 cents. What a run this man has had somebody needs to write a book. Maybe the Proph his evil little sidekick could knock out a few pages as a tribute the the myth the man the legend that stole so much for so long and walked away rich.  Anyhow this dog is done stick a fork in it. There are no bids and 1000 offered at 4.3 what a mess.

I completely understand the frustration and dissapointment of every shareholder today. Gilles has to go, the BOD are finally waking up and have made this decision. I could be wrong, but I highly doubt this would be gagnon's personal choice. As bad as things may seem today, there is still a company that exsists and with the right person to lead as the new CEO, there are exciting opportunities ...more

Not sure I agree that the board finally found a spine after years and years of just letting Gilles do whatever he wanted. I think it's more likley that after the Kiddy hormone test failed Gilles couldn't see a quick path to more easy cash and decided now was the time to duck out before the B word starts getting tossed around, bankruptcy that is.. I think more than a new leader is needed ...more

Speculating as to the reason or reason's why or who initiated the decision is a waste of time in my view. The point being is that it should have happened long ago, but for whatever reason's it did not. I choose to live in today's world reading the press release stating that it will become reality. I choose to move forward and see if CSCI can find the right person for the job and bring ...more

Thought I would pop in to see what was going on. The grift is clearly shown now. The merger was there to throw another Gilles failed company a lifeline as I had speculated. Now he has another golden parachute to exit as the CEO of CSCI while collecting a CEO's salary with no pressure for results (sound familiar?) as a replacement is sought. Perhaps OATS will tell us what convinced him to vote ...more

Hey Ciao good to see a fellow long suffering CZO alum who got out . I would say this is now the most bearish I have ever been on CZO, and I have been a screaming bear for a long time, but a word to the current holders hoping for somekind of turn around. Mark my words, there is no way in hell Gilles leaves if he sees any chance of this thing turning around in the next couple years. He is nothing if ...more

Boaz, absolutely, Gilles sees no commercial development of the pipeline in the coming years. The so called inflection point with Y-BG complexes as an inhalable therapeutic for IPF (or to treat inflammation in general), or the superior immune booster, or the potential of the AV study will stay in academia. Sales of AV didn't come back from Kenvue. Kenvue likely sources Symrise now. As we had ...more
