The news release used both C$ and $US, it looks like the purchase price is $67 million for $239 million revenue, and EBITDA  of C$11 million. After this deal there should be $125 million left in cash for more deals.

A nice acquisition . Too bad tech is being taken to the shed and getting a beating . Still , I added a few more this morning .
