CSE is helping harbor an open exchange for criminal activity such as Short Selling that should be against the law. CSE said they would create a new Senior Tier for top cannabis companies that has not been worth the paper it was writen on. Empty promises will see more cannabis organizations leaving the CSE's corupt exchange and onto the TSX. DoJ in the U.S. has said they will not be going after
