Read below....
Storage is filling up quickly - pipelines ship to Cushing and storage is filling up quickly - limited markets - helps to have a rail line that can ship directly to multiple markets - multiple refiners - DIRECTLY - on the east, west, and gulf coast!
I expect WTI/WCS spreads to increase and even if they don't - having flexibility to move your crude directly to the refiner via rail in multiple markets - when all the storage fills up - in this environment would be extremely valuable.

The CNBC article that Ocean refers to does not in anyway back up his post. Looks to me like Ocean112's handlers are getting nervous. Maybe Ocean112 will also be taking a pay cut on Friday 13th... Kherson
