Management is Lying. Again.

Just listened to Wonnacott's Q&A from Whistler. Pure BS. Bruderheim wasn't designed for 14 trains a week. It was designed for 7 (which it still can't do). It would be impossible to get 14 trains on and off site in a week. Can't even do 10.5. Current capacity is 4.0 (the east rack is currently out of service for 3 months as we are waiting for parts). Who told Wonnacott it was ok to lie to investors? (maybe the Board? Lead by example?).

Wow BFYTW2013, if what you have posted is indeed true, and certainly I have no reason to doubt you, then the Blunderheim fiasco has taken a new twist. At the very least, this is material information that should have been released to investors by the company! Kherson

Listening again to Doug's presentation at Whistler, he does not actually say that they are presently loading 5.5 unit trains a week, "from a contracting perspective, we are at 5.5 unit trains a week". What is also odd is that they have comissioned the site for 8.5 to 9 unit trains a week, but the project is targetting 10.5 unit trains a week. So, what extra monies are need ...more

"It was designed for 7 (which it still can't do)"  Where does that "information" come from? Way back in July 2014, in the press release announcing the appointment of Doug Wonnacott as new president and CEO: "Some minor debottlenecking may be required to reach the 10.5 unit trains per week planned activity level expected for some time in 2015. https://canexus.ca ...more

This 'information' comes from the Design Basis Memorandum issued by the project team in 2013, when the project was budgeted and sanctioned by the BOARD OF DIRECTORS. The facility was subsequently built for that capacity. Any other number is pure fiction. '10.5 trains per week, sometime in the future, going to 14 trains a week at some undetermined date' sounds much better than ' ...more

When reading the NR from September 2, 2014, we would assume that Phase 2 was completed and on budget. Well it does indeed seem that Phase 2 was on budget but was the work required to complete Phase 2, ever completed? An interesting entry is presented in the 2015 Information Circular and Proxy Statement on page 35 under the heading 2014 Subjective Performance Measures; "Under the oversight of ...more
