i would think that being sued by the management of some underperforming inept company is a badge of honor. it means that you've hit a nerve and end up drawing more attention to their ineptitdue.

Wow thanks for the link mileshigh. Very interesting that the Nawar lawsuit is the second time this Kherson fool has been sued for his stockhouse posts. Looks like Kherson has some mental issues.

i for one am impressed with kherson. if more people raised a stink when they lost money on crappy companies then maybe company executives wouldn't play so fast and loose with shareholder's money.
