Yet more questionable Documentation by Canexus...
I just happened to peruse SEDAR today looking for information on what became of my good friend Diane Pettie at Canexus, now that Ross Wonnick is the new General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Did poor old Diane just disappear or did she also move on to greener pastures?
I did find it interesting that the Material Change Report issued April 13, 2015 describing the retirement of Richard is wrong. What is funny is that under the Full Description of Material Change heading, Canexus used October 28th, 2014 as the date of the announcement, which of course is wrong! On October 28, 2014, the company actually announced the transtion of Andy Lacara out of Canexus and accordingly sent a Material Change Report to Sedar.
Now that Diane is no longer the General Counsel or even with the company, where is that Material Change Report concerning her whereabouts? Maybe Hazel knows the answer to that question?
