Selling North Van at a discount, unlike NATO, isn't a necessity.  NATO was a broken asset that could never turn a profit at $50 oil and $20 bitumen.  north Van would've been sold ages ago had even a whiff of decent value been obtained......it clearly hasn't got any legit offers..aand it won't.   Superior and others are better off waiting for CUS for either the

I just don't see it Calgaryrider.  I see a company that operationally is in good postiion.  I get that the debt is big, but I think it is manageable - maybe an equity raise is required to accellorate it.

The market is not fine. Oil & Gas and Pulp and Paper (the customers) are hurting badly. See a snippen from an aritcle on the latter below. O&G is a given.....but, finally, North American production is dropping. Also, interest rates are about to rise and likely continue to in the US - and CUS has US denominated debt.  The fed's rates could go up by 2% in 2 years, meaning loan

 I think that is where you and I disagree.  I agree with you that oil and gas is in the tank for months if not years to come and this will hurt a small segment of the companies sales.... i believe it is hydrocloric acid.  But this is not a big part of the business so instead of making say 8MM a year, they lose 2mm a year off of that product line.  the pulp and paper business is

What you say is plausible, especially if locked into to some supply contracts, but the newsprint segment is folding ....pardon the pun.  There may be a few Cash aglow surprises from operations....but I agree, it won't be 50% ......i at most a moderate impact! with a reduced outlook.
