If vote passed by a huge margin and the stock didn't pop (down 2.5 percent at the close)....then there is obviously other negative issues at play. Monday will tell the story. If no pop in SP on Monday then CUS is dead money for several months. Not worth a trade at this time.

The news was not officially released until around 6 PM EST - after the Alberta Court Approval following the vote.  Now Canexus share price should be tied to Superiors which closed today at $9.65. There are still regulatory boxes to tick, but shareholder vote and court approval are both big positives. The deal has been derisked, and will continue to be derisked as time progresses

Mid 2016 is ball park for closing.seems to me that the discount is attributable to what one would recieve in divvy (especially 4% discount in drip) at superior. Speaking of drip,at least holders of cus who choose to wait for share exchange will have a chance to accumulate to eliminate any odd lots over time.
