David Collyer now Chairman?
Interesting that David is made the Chairman and Murray Edwards now announces that he is involved! I would hazard a guess that Murray also funded most the Private Placement of $110 million of the Unsecured Notes.

According to Form 45-106F1, Murray was not part of the Private Placement. I sure hope that the 30 accredited investors who bought up this P.P. fully realize the dangers of these unsecured notes!
