The landlocked refineries of the Midwest cannot get their oil from anywhere else other than Canada... a lot of the us refineries are geared to take Canadian heavy at a discount and that's how they ...more

DUH...he set up special dept to collect tariffs(External Revenue Agency) .. the tariffs will not be passed onto consummers...a money maker to the US General Fund for the white house..
