RE:Buyback plan needed And Increase shareholders dividend.

You really don't seem to understand how this works. They are packing so much debt no way would the lenders terms allow them to increase dividends, let alone buyback shares. On top of that they don't have enough cashflow to do either without even more borrowing. The NAV of this company is NEGATIVE, once you strip out the value of goodwill. Unless they can dramatically improve their pofitability this company is headed for bankruptcy.
