Not a day trader here and I try to put daily price gyrations in perspective. ie the market and stocks dont move in a straight line. This is definitely a bull market for gold though, so if gold holds its gains today, i can't see CXB dropping without bad news to perpetuate same.

Ya, generally that is what happen.  Some sees a rise in price as a chance to take some profits to buy a case of beer.
