i am sure he has something else up his sleeve .. a private equity stake is a given in such a scenario..that means additional funding..

analysts have contacted him and amber kanwar has called him a few times without any answers..something big is still brewing.

LOL - more likely his advisors have told him to stay silent.  Dont provide more ammunition for the class action lawsuits that will be forthcoming.   His margin calls and exiting the stock at a considerably higher price than current bagholders during a strategic review is also something that he probably doesnt wish to comment on.
