AMCo stands on its own but both companies will benefit from synergies between them" Well, AMCo was Cinvens rollup and MT overpaid for it. And ya, MTs plan was to continue to buys assets and roll them in - like the ones he bought in the spring but could tell us for competitive reasons. These losers have such bad memories, they also forget AMCo was supposed to be a "cash cow" but Concordia couldn't even pay the earnout calculated to October 2016! Don't try to save Adam, bagholders and drowning guys are all the same, they can't think straight!
