Pirate equity will flush the unsecured liabilities. Watch. This will happen quickly from here.

The secured private equity claims to AMCo by Cinven, as agreed to in October 2015, kick in as the non-payment of the earnout start in December through February.

The secured first lien Notes private equity owners will claim the non-AMCo West Indies assets.

Debt holders may sue here since Notes ownership displaces them from first rank adding to the severe short term uncertainties. Regulators are apparently hard at work on this file. Class action lawsuits and discoveries are in full swing.

Concordia, as a public company, will get delisted in the next six months or earlier.

One would hope that "players" involved with this "2016 tragedy of the year" will be prosecuted and send to jail but if the Wall Street Financial Crisis of 2008 is any indication, nothing will happen. The market players here are well seasoned and veterans of the art.

Research, research, research. Nothing will help you safeguard your remaining assets here. You are in control of your assets and knowledge of factual information is your lifeline.

Critical facts is, management is not aligned with shareholders.  Are poorly researched are you longs?  Don't blame anyone but yourselves! Please do youself a favor and put in Excel the total number of shares 51M, the total float 41M and "pie-chart" the percentage insiders have. Shareholders in denial here need a visual picture.   Do insider ownership before June 2015 ...more
