Lost all money after reverse stock split.

I could really use some help on this one. I had around 200 shares left in CXR before they did their reverse split. My account dropped all of the shares I had and gave me $0 for them. Is this correct? I had read that one gets paid out for remainder shares. But this did not happen. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
