I totally agree....they are bearish on  their own reit, yonge street buildings with renos is very nice. Call Group Mache. Ask them for a firm offer.

Cooper said on previous conference calls that he had no interest in selling all the office properties and being "The 30 Adelaide Street". I'm not sure why not - Cooper seems happy to exit his position entirely. At least this way we could all benefit. Why not try to sell another Downtown Toronto property? The market was only assigning a value of ~$400/foot back when we were trading ...more

Relax everyone..... no need for strategic reviews or asset sales of 100% occupied buildings (are you kidding me?).   If you did that, the dividend cut might come next and then you know what you might trade at? These desperate looking measures will only sink share price further. Most companies in most sectors are getting teated pretty much the same in this high interest rate cycle. Those ...more

I disagree matt. Its clear Dream Unlimited thinks theres better places for money then dream office....they created a nice portfolio of downtown assets, time to sell it to highest bidder and move on. If they can fetch $24+ why not

Paying down debt has done the opposite for Allied. I suppose you could argue the SP would have gone down further if they hadn't..
