That makes investors race for the exits.  Weren't these guys talking about a reverse spit and a series of actions to stabilize the trading price?

I think Dream Office needs its own Strategic Review at this point. We should be open to selling Toronto assets if we can get fair prices for them and not merely trying to sell largely unwanted Western Canada assets. Market is pricing something like $300/foot for Toronto real estate at this point. Selling assets for $400/foot (after all costs) would deleverage the balance sheet and would according ...more

I agree a strategic review is needed. Michael Cooper has not done well managing the unit price, even with such a small float.

I would not be suprised if they annouce a distribution cut any day now... As I previously posted, the REIT is running negative cash flow BEFORE distributions. See below. I assumed capex would decline and occupancy would increase, but based on the investor presentation - that does not seem to be the case in the next couple years. That said, a cut is imminent IMHO.
