So long as there's no dividend cut or material news d should rebound big on the next rally.  Always comes back to the FFO multiple as someone else here pointed out. 

More worried about the sector getting final flush this September with bad cpi data.

If we survive tomorrow we should be good.

This latest downturn really began end Aug and picked up steam after that with 1.2M shares traded in last 3 days alone, down 9 to 10% in that time.  Thats fairly large volume for this float, isn't it? I dont follow this sector closely, small holding here, thats it. Most of sector seem to be trading at multi-year lows but are other Reits trading this eratic lately or is it only a Dream

Yes there is definitely something erratic going on with D however its yet to be seen if its one big dumper (the index) which was the official theory by investor relations at Dream, OR, if its something bigger that may have been after seeing their investor presentation, or information we are not privvy too.
