Ad Hoc Debenture Holders' Committee
Ad Hoc Debenture Holders' CommitteeLegal counsel retained by the Ad Hoc Committee will be present at the Comeback Hearing scheduled for 9:30 am on Wednesday this week. To date, over 42% of beneficial holders have joined this group in order to have a voice at the table which is clearly dominated by the Clairvest dominated interests.
