Update

In case you have been wondering what the insider activity might be. Dec. 20, 2022 Amar Doman purchased 13,000 shares at $5.52 and then on Dec. 22, 2022 he purchased 20,000 more shares at $5.58 for a current total holdings of  16,649,820 shares. Nice capitlal gain on those purchases plus a nice dividend.

  At an avg. price of $.55 that is a 33% growth so far  and at $5.55 buy  the div.  equates to  an annual 10%..yield. I would be thrilled to achieve those results on all my investments.
