There is an approved program in place to buy back shares (both common and preferred).

Common shares are trading at or near multi year low - at a fraction of "book value".

What is Jonathan Goodman waiting for to buy back shares and support their price?

Very frustrating indeed. The jr mining bets have taken a 30% hit over the last quarter and i believe are below what we paid. Maybe he is just happy collecting his cheque everyday and not doing anything. If there wasn't multiple voting shares i think you would see a lot more shareholder activism and this company is full of bad management. I hope they prove me wrong sometime this year by taking

Management team used to call Dundee is Birkshire Hataway the North. Jonathan took over since 2018 .DPM is long gone . He earns half million a year since and still we are below $1,50 . Dundee Sustianable is not coming with  any positive news.  A year ago , I heard  mystery buyer for UH. Since then , no news on HU. Blue goose is still showing on Dundee top holding on Dundee website.

Dundee has just started buying back stock.... On June 30, the company bought back 32,962 shares at $1.34.

"...On June 30, the company bought back..." Call me "cynical" but buying back shares on the last day of the quarter seems like  a cheap PR trick to me. "cynical": "believing that people are motivated by self-interest; distrustful of human sincerity or integrity."

I guess we'll see if the buybacks continue after June 30th.  Sedi filings for July share repurchases should be made in early August.

Pretty quite. Well Brics is getting bigger cause US looks like junk. Brics is looking like they are backing gold too. Argentina Egypt Turky are all increasing gold reserves, and wanting to join. You can't be bias they are right we are reckless with are money printing and have horrible business people in charge Trump looks good and that is sad news. Nickel Gold Copper coal uranium are all

It is very small potatoes but the sub voting share buybacks continued in July.  Dundee bought/cancelled 14,000 shares.  Hopefully this increases going forward.
