The good and not material news
Mako Gold, of which Dundee owns 8% is currently halted : the trading halt is requested for the purpose of issuing an announcement to the market concerning discussions in relation to a potential control transaction;
Dundee own 8% however market cap is somehing like 10 M AUD so will not really move the needle.

So, take over by Aurum. Shares, not cash. Valued at double the last 30 days, say 20 M or 1.6 M AUD valuation for Dundee ownership. Cannot all be 10 baggers.. GLTA

Excellent. 112% premium and a big increase in liquidity for this investment.... another mining win for Jonathan and Dundee (and Dundee shareholders)

This one is not a win, at least not yet, considering that Mako is bought out at .02/share and that Dundee and its subsidiary Dundee Resources Ltd became a substantial holder on July 14 21 after acquiring 19.46 million shares at 8 cents per share, earning a 6.05% stake in MKG. They were at 8% so I would gather they added along the way. Cannot win them all. GLTA
