TauRx delayed meeting - Slam dunk ?

Anybody with expertise car to comment as to why this meeting could be revise and what they mean about regulatory timings ?   I understood that this was on a fast track process, so is it posible that this is transfer to the regular pathway, and if so, what would be the delays.

Does not seem like a slam dunk.  I know, I know, tno shareholders with the exception of Count and Chernett invest in Dundee for the biotech angle.

The committee meeting planned for 12 February 2025 will be rescheduled and the timelines for this appraisal will be revised to ensure they align with regulatory timings. We will provide a further update when it is available.

It should be noted that TauRx did NOT bother to post information abourt the delay on its website. To be candid, I have very little confidence in this outfit and its potential in regards to Dundee.  If we could sell that million shares we hold for US$100 each we should make the deal and use the proceeds to buy back DC.A shares. Then let Dundee be Dundee 2.0 (mineral exploration) as planned

On the sale of their stake, right on but they have to find a buyer for this.  Pretty sure this has been on the seliing block for some time.   Let them surprise the market and have them swapp Chernett's Dundee stake with some TauRx shares in the new year.   And if they offer the same deal to other shareholders, we have at least one

One assumption, the regulatory timings means : TauRx is waiting the regulatory answer (approved or not approved) to do the meeting.

Here is a list of the ten largest pharmaceutical companies in the wold and recent capitalization. They have experts constantly looking for new drugs.  They certainly have looked at TauRx at some point and none of them have decided to spend a few billion dollars to buy TauRx (or part of it). What do they know that we do not? Eli Lilly   $578.3B

Hey Pierre, 2 of the companies on the list, Liiy and Novartis that have Alzheimer drugs,  as well as Esai are participating as comparators companies in the UK Marketing authorization process and signed NDA's.  If TauRx gets approved, I would venture you might see a take out by one of the big guys.  Cheers,

Pierre, Of course big pharm know about it.  And note that these 3 companies all have Alzheimer drugs with positive trials but commercialization has proven difficult.  They all spent a lot of $$$ doing those trials : costing over a billion dollar.  Esai even had a partnerhsip with Cogstate in Australia so they would use them for commercialization.  Cancelled that despite having

Happy new year Count, You are right, make it 3.  Or not if Chernett is the buyer.   No idea if that buyer had a good or bad deal. Unfortunatly, while the $125/share makes it interesting, I doubt there is any appettite at the same price for 1 million share.  If Goodman monetized DPM and Reunion/Gmining, pretty sure he would do the same with this.
