So somebody out there views this type of company as worth outbidding another firm for its business.

DCM would need 5 years of growth before they would receive an offer like that.

I don't know about 5 years, but I think it shows that the space has others looking for candidates to buyout. If the debt gets taken care of in the next 18 months to under $15 million I don't see why it wouldn't be a takeover target Its not like RRD is posting record growth and record profits....
