2.5 Interest Rate

(1) Interest shall accrue and be payable on the outstanding amount of the 2021 Loan at a fixed rate equal to 5.95% per annum (the “2021 Loan Interest Rate”).

(2) Interest shall accrue and be payable on the outstanding amount of the 2023 Loan [$50,000,000] at a fixed rate equal to 8.08% per annum (the “2023 Loan Interest Rate”).
