Where's the value?

Shareholders equity 4 million, market cap 168 million. 3mo March 31st 22 .08/share, 3mo March 31 23 minus(.06)/share.

Goodwill and intangible assets are all recorded at historical costs and does not necessarily reflect current market value. These assets do have value even if they are not tangible. Im pretty sure if another company wanted to compete with Dcm, then they would have to spend a significant amount on s,g&a just to effectively compete with them. You're looking in the rear view mirror. Current financials do not include the acquistion.
