Quadravst updates to JAn 31 DF @ $14.84 after distributions

SO my spreadsheet was high a few pennies , and DF not doing as well as my guesstimate suggested.
Spreadsheet has DF losing about 4 cents since the update on JAn 31 , so commons  now trading about 6 cents below its NAV value of $4.80 , with the last close @ 4.74.

Appreciate the update.  DF is on the move today with a 16 cent increase thus far today.  I assume that should point us in the direction.  Can you provide your thoughts on roughly how much higher we would need to go to reinstate our dividends?

Will update my spreadsheet end of day and give an estimate. DF needs to have 15$ UNIT NAV  on the mid month udpate , which is likely the 15th this month. A lot can happen in 10 trading sessions, both good and bad as far as the NAV goes.

The average price of its holdings need to increase a little more than 1% from Jan 31st to Feb 15th. to start distributing 24% annually. Good Luck longs....its looking promising.
