DF unit nav to Feb 15 = approx: $14.90

SO as expected with the huge volatility in the markets DF fell short again of the 15$ threshhold for paying to commons.  The gain was 6 pennies in the 2 weeks since the JAN 31 update.

I call them my Ponzi stocks. DF has provided only 3 dividends resulting in a 3.5% for the past year, not 25%+.  The value of the stock has also declined by -28.6% during the same period.  Then try to find real data about them.  Screeners simply drop them from the list when looking at critical data.  There are better stocks out there.   I was really inexperienced when I ...more
