DF unit nav to March 25 = $15.05

Mouserman, could you explain why the NAV ion your calculation has gone down 8 cents since Friday when today the entire portfolio has gone up by ~$548K? My calculation still shows a NAV as of end of day today of ~$15.1576 before distribution, with a value of ~$15.009 after distribution... Did you remove twice the 10 cents dist to common shares?

Sorry ,  my fatingers hit the wrong numbers. should have read $15.15...last update was $15.04 to March 15 so, NAV had gained more than a penny to that date.
