For anyone interested...

In addiction to my long term holds of DGS and BK, I also own a lesser known split BEPR. Very boring split and why it's Stockhouse board has no comments. But, we're at an interesting crossroads again and wanted to share.

Back in the Fall of '21 BEPR began sliding just as rates were beginning to climb. For anyone who is in the camp that the FED is winning here and they will be cutting next month and for successive meetings after that, then there is a good opportunity for the inverse to occur for BEPR with capital appreciation and distributions on top.

Are you sure BEPR is a split share company?

I stand correcteed, it's a preferred share ETF. If the interest rate cycle is down for the next year or two, I believe that BEPR could see capital apprication back to 2021 levels of $12. So, a 30% appreciation in share price with a consistent 9% distribution on top.
