DF unit nav to Oct 08 = approx; $16.37

Spreadsheet now showing a gain of just over 11 cents since Sept. 30 and common shares should be valued at about $6.37 here today. DF closed @ $5.99 today so that discounts the commons @ 38 cents, or about 6%.
