DF unit nav in realtime @ approx; $16.41

Spreadsheet showing a gain of $15 cents since the udpated number to Sept 30.
DF Common shares have a value of $6.41 here, exactly 10 cents higher than DFN commons. For some reason DF seems to be less enticing to traders despite the higher value.
