DF unit nav to OCT 09 = approx; $16.46

Spreadsheet now showing a gain of 20 cents since Sept 30... and nice bounce up in many of the holdings. Commons would carry a value of $6.46 now and with the last trade @ $6.09 the discount still at 37 cents.
