If someone that tendered for the Nov.29 NAV knew

what   they   were  getting   on   DEc. 13th  Friday   or   Dec.  16th Monday    they   could   be  out   there today   buying   them   back   .  However   since   dithering  Quadevest  chooses   to  keep  people   in   the  dark   seems  there  is nothing  to do  but  wait  .

No reason to wait if you have cash or margin available -- I know I am going to get $7.09 on whatever amount I submitted. I am in no hurry until the retraction percentage and how its is handled is released.  GLTA

You  could be  right  however  you  seem   to  be   ignoring  a   TSX    bullentin  warning    that   only a partial   redemption   was  a possibility  .  This   would  seem  to  be   the case  case   should  & ...more

You are right I am ignoring it because it is not relevant to my RETRACTION  -- if the bulletin referred to a REDEMPTION as you described it is likely referring to Quadravest's option after the retraction to redeem shares to balance out the shares outstanding. Either way I think we have beaten this horse to death.

Well  you  answered  a question  I  had   was  that   what  you say  if   too  many  common tendered  . they simply   redeem   pro rata   the   #   of   preferred   shares   they  need  to  to  balance    ...more
