Sellers jumping on DF while the NAV jumps...

Looking like a 10% discount here, and once the retraction issue is cleared up, i believe there will be a lot of room for it run up to its proper value. However there is a big IF,,, the market cannot nosedive.

No later than 30 days after December 31 of the year in which the Special Redemption Right is exercised, the Company shall pay or cause to be paid to or to the order of the registered holders of the Preferred Shares or Class A Shares to be redeemed, as the case may be, an amount per Preferred Share or Class A Share equal to the Applicable Special Redemption Price
