why is the stock down over 5 years?
not just the only one, ive noticed many of the split funds dont have good 5 year charts .... went from 11 to 8 for example....whats the reason for this? I had a bad experience with FTN when they did a reverse split. I lost about 40% of my capital on that, brutal.... trying to avoid this again....
I like DFN holdings...
im looking for the best split funds for stock price not tanking and yields getting paid steadily
thanks

Splits are all vulnerable in a pullback. To get one that keeps paying your best bet is one with a very high nav, like BK.

thanks for clarifying, do you see any other splits with warning signs for an FTN event and share consolidation? I need to avoid another loss like the one I had . Right now im looking at buying more DFN, GDV , DGS and BK . Are there certain numbers I should be looking at in their websites info that may warn they are in rough shape? Thanks again.

Ftn got below 15 combined nav and stayed down. It's easy to say I'm going to sell any split with a falling nav, but it's never that easy. I keep a paper record of navs to see how they grow or shrink every 2 weeks.
