True, but on a positive note they raised more cash at the higher price which gives them more ammunition to shop on sale for the fund.

And now we know why the underwriters shortsell the split fund commons in the offering, and buy back later with the shares they get in the offering at a discount to what investors paid in the offering. They may cover a lot lower yet than where we are now... '
