Crazy Premium

Premium on some of these is More than 30% now with banks and market down every day but these Funds are rock solid  down less than 1 % who is holding these Up and when will they crash and trade at NAV is Big ??????????????

People chasing dividends have fewer and fewer of these stocks to pick from as DF and FFN have fallen below NAV of $15. As of yesterday DGS is technically below NAV of $15.10 required to pay (although that one is so close some are still willing to risk it). As the shares fall one by one and stop giving dividends there are fewer and fewer to chase, so we have more buyers chasing fewer stocks which ...more

I would sell these  Crazy Premium funds and buy DF as trading around Nav always bounce big when markets turns around as has less downside than others if DFN DGS starts missing Monthly Div. those will be down 40-50% LBS FTN SBC BK  could also drop big  Though DF will not pay any Div. in near term but down side is less than others IMO

My starter bid right now for DF is $2.83. If the floor drops out on the market though, it could easily retest low $2's.

Look at Lbs down 8% now  sooner or later these funds will drop closing the Nav gaps
