DFN unit nav to May 05 = approx: $15.46

So  a nice  pop back up for DFN , gives a bit more breathingroom. Still does deserve the huge premium. Commons have a REAL value of $5.46 , but trading @ $7.22  leaves a premium of 1.78 or 32.6%. Distribution yield would be 16.6% annually if DFN can hold the 15$ mark.

Huge premium given so close to non-payout.. Distribution keeps eating away at capital. Ive shorted this stock !!!

I currently have 20K DFN shares purchased at an average price of $6 , DFN has almost always payed and see absolutly no reason to sell . I am sure that there are many many others in the same situation . To break it down to you in a few words .... WHY WOULD I SELL IF IT ALMOST ALWAYS PAYS . shorting something that pays so consistenly will not work out for you, as I see it . I am sure i speak for a ...more

I've been waiting for DFN to close it's outrageous premium since covid and so far has not happened. But I never short, too far above my risk tolerance.. I'll buy the extreme dips, as I did on DGS where I now hold an average in the $1.70s. It will take a good market selloff to shake loose the longs here, maybe the debt ceiling fiasco will be it or some unknown black swan event to come.
