NAV

Currently just over $14.48. Ex-dividend, this would equate to $14.44. The capital shares are trading at a premium of about $0.56. Still very high, in my opinion, given that the NAV needs to rise by close to 4% to get back to the payment threshold. DGS looks far more attractive.
