Updated DFN cash position is @ 18%

So the result of the changed weightings and higher cash position means the UNIT NAV now has lost about 11 cents since the AUG 31 update.
Result is the common shares have a value of $4.53
Premium is 23 cents  or about 5 %.
Best gainers in DFN were MFC and TRI

Having dry powder now puts the managers in a great position to add over the next month or two to these distressed assets.

TSX is still green YTD, where are these distressed assets? Maybe TRP and ENB? Dfn is coming back to earth and it's about time. Market hasn't even felt the pain yet. Split owners are starting to clue in

Banks are down YOY and this has injured DFN's NAV. Some like CM just broke below their pre-covid level. All are on sale now.

Class A NAV is $4.50 or so. Total includes preferred's at $10. Please don't buy this before understanding the basic structure of split funds
